Five things she can’t live without: My family, iPhone, Sour candy, Crushed ice, Sunshine
Her favorite invention: The camera. Being able to preserve moments is invaluable to me.
Movie she can quote backwards and forwards: The Wizard of Oz.
On her bucket list: See as many Wonders of the World as I can! I’ve got a few under my belt already.
Her favorite pig out food: Ice cream! But not just any ice cream: Ben & Jerry’s Americone Dream.
Her favorite thing about being an influencer: I love having the opportunity to be creative and share that creativity on a daily basis. I’ve also met some of the most incredible people from all over the world, who I’m now proud to be able to call colleagues and friends. It really does bring people together.
Why she thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: When influencer marketing is done right, the consumer feels as though they’re speaking with a friend. That’s what makes it so successful. As influencers, when we take the time to work with the brands that mean something to us, our followers can absolutely sense that and it establishes a certain level of trust. There is so much information coming at the general public from media these days, and when a follower can weed out the noise and focus on the influencers that they trust, everyone benefits.

Five things he can’t live without: Music, Coffee, Camera, Phone, Eyeshades
His favorite invention: The central processing unit (CPU)
Movie he can quote backwards and forwards: The Star Wars movies...and Christmas Vacation
On his bucket list: Cave diving in the Yucatan
His favorite pig out food: Sammiches (sandwiches)
His favorite thing about being an influencer: Creating my own content. I enjoy the process of filming and editing. It has given me the opportunity to learn so much while still making a living. I also love being in control of my life and spending a lot of time with my family.
Why he thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: Influencing has been around for years, it was just done around the dinner table with friends, at the grocery store, in the check out line, etc. Anywhere people are asking advice and getting referrals. They use to call it taste making and most neighborhoods, friend groups, and work colleagues have a few. The growth of online social platforms has allowed a direct way for this conversation between people with strong followings to speak directly on behalf of a brand or company to their dream target audiences.
NAME: Jeannette Fender
Every day gives a new reason and opportunity for Jeannette to create. After spending the start of her career as a recruiter, she discovered through motherhood, that all things are possible. Leaving behind the corporate world and becoming the CEO of her own home in 2011, she delved into the blogging world with The Adventures of J-Man and MillerBug. What started as a hobby, quickly became a passion. Everyday adventures became a way to share stories, recipes, crafts and life with a whole new set of friends. Through this discovery, each day has become a new opportunity to showcase this crazy, wonderful, beautiful thing called family life.
Five things she can’t live without: My phone, Lip gloss, Hairspray (I'm a Southern girl - what can I say?), A great pair of jeans, my favorite playlist
Her favorite invention: The iPhone of course! I'm seriously lost without mine!
Movie she can quote backwards and forwards: Dirty Dancing...."Nobody puts Baby in the corner!"
On her bucket list: Spending a whole summer traveling Europe once the kids are grown.
Her favorite pig out food: Loaded Nachos - the messier the better!
Her favorite thing about being an influencer: I love to share...with other moms, friends, even the lady I run into at the grocery store. I've always been a "story-teller." Being an influencer gives me the ability to do that creatively while reaching people I would never have reached - making amazing friends along the way. Those relationships are what drive me and they are my favorite thing about what I do.
Why she thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: I think influencer marketing is powerful because it's not just the cookie-cutter message that is so often packaged and sold. Instead, it allows individuals to take a product and put a new spin on it - to look at it in a different way - and possibly reach a different audience. It takes real life story-telling and meshes them together in a way that really creates beautiful content - showcasing amazing products in ways that are applicable to many different ways of life.

Five things she can’t live without: Greek yogurt, Avocados, Chocolate, Wine, iPhone
Her favorite invention: It’s a toss up between the dishwasher and the digital camera. Photography has become such a huge part of my life, but life wouldn’t be the same without a dishwasher when you cook as much as I do!
Movie she can quote backwards and forwards: The Sound of Music. Can’t everyone do this?
On her bucket list: Visit the fish market in Tokyo at dawn.
Her favorite pig out food: A decadent charcuterie board! Don’t forget the wine, too.
Her favorite thing about being an influencer: When readers write or comment on a recipe that they have tried. It is such an honor to know that in some small way, I have been a part of their weekly dinners and holiday celebrations!
Why she thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: Influencer marketing is such a unique format, with an interesting fusion of creativity, platforms, and reach. The relationship between readers and influencers is something that is built on trust, and to be able to leverage this with brand partnerships is often more powerful than celebrity endorsements. Readers feel a connection to the influencers and know that we do not enter into these partnerships lightly.

NAME: April Erhard
April Golightly started as a nickname, but it ended up saving me from a job that was sucking the life out of me. It is my creative fun-loving alter ego that ultimately beat down the stodgy, humorless woman that I almost became. I was sitting at a desk every day arguing with other lawyers. If you think about it, the legal profession is based on arguing and competition. I wanted to live a life of community, friendship and creativity! With an incredible support system, I was able to transform my job and ultimately myself into a person who goes lightly! Of course, my version of going lightly still requires lots of work, but it is a labor of love to create something that makes people happy and their lives easier! The blog April GoLightly brings a lifestyle filled with fun - focusing on women that want it all. You can be both stylish and have a yummy dinner on the table. The April GoLightly team aims to delight, inspire and ultimately make your life sparkle from the inside out.
