NAME: Chelsea Foy
Chelsea Foy is the maker, blogger, and adventurer behind Lovely Indeed, a blog about all of the little things that make life lovely. Known for its bright, fun, friendly style, Lovely Indeed has been featured on BHG, HGTV, Huffington Post, Apartment Therapy, and many more. The Lovely Indeed Instagram feed has also been featured twice by Instagram as a "feed to follow." Having resided in NYC for years, Chelsea now lives in her home state of California, where she spends her days painting things gold, oversharing, and generally making the world a lovelier place to be. When she's not making, she's off on an adventure with her two favorite buddies, her husband Ryan and her son Henry.

Her favorite thing about being an influencer: I love having the opportunity to be creative and share that creativity on a daily basis. I’ve also met some of the most incredible people from all over the world, who I’m now proud to be able to call colleagues and friends. It really does bring people together.
Why she thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: When influencer marketing is done right, the consumer feels as though they’re speaking with a friend. That’s what makes it so successful. As influencers, when we take the time to work with the brands that mean something to us, our followers can absolutely sense that and it establishes a certain level of trust. There is so much information coming at the general public from media these days, and when a follower can weed out the noise and focus on the influencers that they trust, everyone benefits.
NAME: Chadd "Madd Chadd" Smith
From an early age, Chadd was drawn to the magic of movement and dance. Madd Chadd is now one of the most respected dancers in the world, a master in mechanical movement and the style of popping. Recognizing Chadd's incredible talent as a dancer, actor and choreographer, Jon M, Chu cast him in STEP UP 3D and created a starring role for him in the critically-acclaimed Hulu original series, THE LXD: LEGION OF EXTRAORDINARY DANCERS as the character, SP3CIMEN. Along with the series, Chadd has also performed in LXD's special live events at the TED2010 Conference, the 82nd Academy Awards, and the Guggenheim Museum. Chadd’s Step Up character Vladd was such a fan favorite that he reprised his role in Step Up Revolution and Step Up All In. Chadd appeared 5 times on the hit show So You Think You Can Dance and as a guest star on How I Met Your Mother, Beverly Hills 90210 and Samantha Who. His favorite thing about being an influencer: Creating my own content. I enjoy the process of filming and editing. It has given me the opportunity to learn so much while still making a living. I also love being in control of my life and spending a lot of time with my family.
Why he thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: Influencing has been around for years, it was just done around the dinner table with friends, at the grocery store, in the check out line, etc. Anywhere people are asking advice and getting referrals. They use to call it taste making and most neighborhoods, friend groups, and work colleagues have a few. The growth of online social platforms has allowed a direct way for this conversation between people with strong followings to speak directly on behalf of a brand or company to their dream target audiences.
NAME: Jeannette Fender
Every day gives a new reason and opportunity for Jeannette to create. After spending the start of her career as a recruiter, she discovered through motherhood, that all things are possible. Leaving behind the corporate world and becoming the CEO of her own home in 2011, she delved into the blogging world with The Adventures of J-Man and MillerBug. What started as a hobby, quickly became a passion. Everyday adventures became a way to share stories, recipes, crafts and life with a whole new set of friends. Her favorite thing about being an influencer: I love to share...with other moms, friends, even the lady I run into at the grocery store. I've always been a "story-teller." Being an influencer gives me the ability to do that creatively while reaching people I would never have reached - making amazing friends along the way. Those relationships are what drive me and they are my favorite thing about what I do.
Why she thinks influencer marketing is so powerful: I think influencer marketing is powerful because it's not just the cookie-cutter message that is so often packaged and sold. Instead, it allows individuals to take a product and put a new spin on it - to look at it in a different way - and possibly reach a different audience. It takes real life story-telling and meshes them together in a way that really creates beautiful content - showcasing amazing products in ways that are applicable to many different ways of life.
NAME: Liren Baker
Liren Baker is a New York native who embraced life in California when she moved to San Francisco in 2000. With a background in marketing research and a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, she found her passion for food too irresistible. Immersing herself in the Bay Area’s vibrant culinary culture, Liren is the food photographer, writer and creator of the award winning food blog, Kitchen Confidante, where she shares seasonal recipes that are inspired by her life in California as a wife and mother of two, the flavors of her heritage, and her travels. Her work has been featured on sites including Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Fine Cooking, Huffington Post, the Kitchn, Food52, Today, and Refinery29. Liren also works extensively with brands and websites as a recipe developer and food photographer. She has spoken at conferences on how brands and bloggers can effectively work together, as well as food styling and photography.
